You can find a lot of useful information on the page with statistics that not only gives you feedback on the just sent campaign but can also inspire you about what to improve next time.
In the first section called ‘‘Complete overview of email campaign results‘‘, you can find cumulative information about the just sent campaign. What can you find in this overview and what do the items mean?
Sent
- The total number of unique recipients that this email was sent to.
Delivered
- The total number of unique recipients that received this email.
Not delivered
- The total number of unique recipients that did not receive this email. Their list – reason why the email wasn’t delivered included – can be found on this page in the lower part.
- The list of reasons why emails don’t get delivered sometimes can be found here > Reasons for undelivered emails.
Opened totally
- The total number of opened emails. If one recipient opens the email 10 times, the number 10 will appear.
Opened uniquely
- The total number of unique recipients that opened this email. Every recipient is counted only once no matter how many times they open the email. Even if one recipient opens this email 10 times, the number 1 will appear.
Not opened
- The total number of unique recipients that didn’t open your email.
Click-throughs totally
- The total number of click-throughs on links in the email. If one recipient clicks once on each of the 5 links that are in the email, the number 5 will appear.
Click-throughs uniquely
- The total number of unique recipients that clicked at least once on any link in this email. If one recipient clicks once on all the 5 links in the email, the number 1 will appear. The click-through statistic based on single links can be found on the bottom of the statistics page.
According to chosen social media icons, you can find statistics for each of them – with the number of click-throughs included – here.
- The total number of unique recipients that clicked on a concrete social media icon at least once.
Marked SPAM
- The total number of unique recipients that marked your email as SPAM. Their list can be found on the bottom of the statistics page.
Signed off
- The total number of unique recipients that signed off using the link in the footer of the email. Their list can also be found on the bottom of the statistics page.
You can find even more information about the results of your email campaign on the statistics page. You can find the calculation of the percentage of delivery rate, opening rate of emails or click-throughs. You can also find a nominal list of recipients that opened your email, clicked on the links or signed off from it.
The email campaign’s statistics can also be exported to Excel file type *.xlsx. The file will then contain all information from this page sorted into individual sheets.
